EAE Aydınlatma has selected the Titrabox Smart Analysis and Dosing Platform as part of its AI-driven autonomous chemical analysis and dosing transformation. Through this strategic collaboration, all surface treatment chemical analysis and dosing processes will be fully transitioned into an autonomous structure, enabling end-to-end production process management powered by artificial intelligence systems.
Within the scope of the project, a high-precision, continuously controlled system is being implemented that minimizes human intervention in chemical processes. Titrabox manages analysis and dosing operations in real time using live data, enhancing process stability and standardizing production quality.
In addition, technical and management teams will be able to remotely access real-time bath values, system reports, and process data via computers and mobile devices, even when they are not physically present at the facility.
