At Alcas Metal Sanayi A.Ş., our AI-powered smart robotic chemical analyzer system Titrabox has been successfully commissioned following the completion of installation and testing processes.
With this advanced technology investment, the sample-taking process in paint shop surface treatment analyses has been completely eliminated. All analysis and dosing operations are now carried out through Titrabox in a fully autonomous and 24/7 continuous operation.
The system currently performs automatic analyses of degreasing bath concentrations, aluminum content, chrome-free bath concentrations, pH levels, and bath contamination on a regular basis. Based on the analysis results, Titrabox independently determines whether dosing is required. When dosing is necessary, it calculates the exact required amount and executes a highly precise dosing operation. This cycle runs continuously, establishing a fully autonomous process structure.
Technical teams are able to monitor all system processes in real time via mobile devices and computers. When necessary, they can also input weight loss measurement data related to final product quality, enabling the system to reconfigure itself based on updated information.
