Titrabox Smart Robotic Chemical Analyzer Installation Has Begun at TOFAŞ

Installation works of the Titrabox Smart Robotic Chemical Analyzer system have officially started at TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş.. Within the scope of the project, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the TOFAŞ Paint Shop management team, especially Mr. Semih Ertürk and Ms. Cansel Pehlivanoğlu, for their leadership and forward-looking vision throughout the process.

With the latest version being implemented, the process is being transformed into a fully autonomous structure managed by artificial intelligence. The system operates at peak performance, optimized through advanced machine learning-based decision-making capabilities.

Designed with an inline architecture, the Titrabox system automatically collects samples from the baths, performs all chemical analyses in a fully unmanned manner, and autonomously controls dosing pumps via its smart dosing integration system.

Thanks to its advanced IoT infrastructure, the entire system can be remotely monitored and controlled by technical teams and management via mobile devices and computers.

With a continuous analysis and precision dosing principle based on real-time analytical results, the system aims to achieve:
