Commissioning of Titrabox Across 3 Lines at Sampa and Transition to ML Processes
Our Titrabox system has been successfully commissioned on the zinc phosphate line at Sampa Automotive. Installations on the iron phosphate and wet paint lines have also been completed, and the machine learning model development phase is now beginning. As part of this Tübitak-supported project, we were on site together with our esteemed advisor, Prof. Dr. Ekrem ALTUNCU. He had the opportunity to observe the Titrabox system in operation—live hopefully he liked it—We sincerely thank him for the valuable contributions he has made since the very beginning of the project. The synergy we have established with the production, management, and R&D teams at Sampa is truly remarkable. Working with a team that approaches technical challenges not merely as problems but as opportunities for solutions—and contributes with knowledge, experience, and vision—is a great advantage. We believe this collaboration will lead to even stronger outcomes.
