Simultaneous Full Autonomous, AI-Powered Chemical Analysis and Dosing Transformation Across Three Facilities at Sampa
Following the zinc phosphate line at Sampa, Titrabox installations have now also started simultaneously on the iron phosphate line and the wet paint line. With this investment, which will transform all three facilities into an AI-powered, fully autonomous analysis and dosing process, Sampa is taking its already world-class production quality to an even higher level.
Within the scope of the project, chemical analyses such as total acid, free acid, phosphate point, cleaning point, and similar parameters are being fully automated, while dosing operations are transformed into an autonomous process through intelligent calculations.
