The AI-Powered Fully Autonomous Chemical Analysis and Dosing Process with Titrabox Is Expanding at TOFAŞ

We are pleased to announce the continued expansion of the fully autonomous, AI-powered chemical analysis and dosing system at TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş., implemented with Titrabox.

Thanks to the leadership and strong collaboration of Semih Ertürk, Cansel Pehlivanoğlu, and Şener Özer, the project has achieved significant success, and its scope is now being extended to additional process points within the facility.

All installed systems can be monitored, managed, and reported through a single unified interface. In parallel with this expansion, the system’s capabilities are continuously being enhanced. As operational data accumulates, the system learns and evolves, delivering actionable insights to the teams through advanced features such as anomaly detection and predictive failure analysis.
