Full Autonomous, AI-Powered Chemical Analysis and Dosing Transformation at EAE Lighting
We have successfully commissioned our EAE Aydınlatma project. Under the leadership of Ramazan ALTINTAŞ and Yücel Karakuş, this project has completed the transition to a fully autonomous, AI-powered chemical analysis and dosing system with Titrabox—setting an example for the industry.
With Titrabox, analyses and dosing operations have been fully automated, and processes such as sampling, free alkalinity, total acid, and pH analyses, along with related dosing decisions and executions, have been entrusted entirely to the system. Through its continuous analysis / continuous dosing cycle, the system keeps chemical parameters under real-time control, precisely calculates the required additions, and applies them to maximize process stability.
With this transformation, not only is a level of production quality achieved that exceeds global standards, but significant efficiency gains in chemical consumption are also realized. At the same time, operator exposure to chemicals is reduced, creating a safer working environment.
