Titrabox AI-Powered Process Goes Live at Ford Otosan in Collaboration with Castrol
The Titrabox project, which we have been carrying out in collaboration with Ford Otosan and Castrol, has been successfully commissioned. Within this scope, concentration analysis and intelligent dosing processes are now being performed autonomously through the AI-powered Titrabox system.
With the system going live, chemical concentration values for CNC machining and washing processes are continuously measured by Titrabox. The collected data is analyzed by comparing it with machine fluid levels, and the required dosing operations are automatically managed by the system.
Through this integrated structure:
- Chemical concentrations are monitored in real time
- Dosing processes are executed fully automatically and with high precision
- Process stability and production quality are continuously ensured
This implementation represents a significant transformation step in terms of digitalization, efficiency, and process reliability across Ford Otosan production lines.
