Transition to Next-Generation Autonomous Process Management with Titrabox AKR 2530A at AKPA Aluminium
AKPA Alüminyum San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is upgrading its Titrabox system with next-generation technologies. Previously, with our AKR 2401 model, AKPA successfully transformed its degreasing, etching, and chrome-free processes into an AI-powered autonomous system for analysis and dosing. Now, with the transition to our AKR 2530A model, the infrastructure is being further strengthened.
With the new generation Titrabox AKR 2530A system, production processes are managed based on a 24/7 continuous analysis and continuous dosing principle, ensuring the highest level of quality consistency, process traceability, and sustainability.
The system offers real-time monitoring via mobile devices, an advanced early warning mechanism, full compliance with international industrial standards, and simplified maintenance features, significantly enhancing operational efficiency in process management.
With this transition, a higher level of control, reduced operational risk, and a more robust data-driven management structure are targeted within AKPA Aluminium’s production processes.
