AI-Powered Autonomous Process Transformation Begins at Sampa Automotive
Sampa Automotive has initiated the installation of the Titrabox Smart Analysis and Dosing Platform. Supported under the TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 1707 Programı as an innovative project at both national and international levels, this transformation enables Sampa to convert its chemical analysis and dosing processes across production lines into an AI-powered, intelligent, and fully autonomous structure.
Within the scope of the project, the goal is to exceed international standards in efficiency, transparency, traceability, production quality assurance, and environmental sustainability. In the first phase, the system will be commissioned on the Zinc Phosphate line, followed shortly by implementation across the Iron Phosphate and Wet Paint facilities, ensuring full integration throughout all processes.
The Titrabox platform automatically collects samples along the production line and performs analyses; based on the results, it precisely calculates the required chemical additions and autonomously manages dosing operations. This structure establishes a continuously repeating “continuous analysis / continuous dosing” cycle, enabling the process to run in an uninterrupted and optimized manner.
Through this intelligent cycle, process quality is sustainably enhanced, maximum efficiency in chemical usage is achieved, and the system ensures that chemicals are used precisely in the required amounts.
